Holiday Lighting Seasonal Agreement
The complete seasonal agreement is provided in writing with every quote, and you review and sign it before anything begins — no agreement is created by requesting a quote. For a copy of the current agreement at any time, email support@flatmateclean.com.
Summary of key terms
- The agreement covers one season and renews automatically each year on 1 September.
- We write to you 30–60 days before every renewal with the price and how to cancel.
- Cancel any time by emailing support@flatmateclean.com with 30 days' notice.
- Cancel within 10 days of signing for a full refund.
- A materials deposit is due on signing — $450, $625 or $875 by package. It counts toward your first-season total, with the balance due on installation.
- Your price is locked for three seasons.
- All prices are in CAD, plus GST.
