This policy covers lights.flatmateclean.com, operated by Flat Mate Property Services, under BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, your package and timing preferences, anything you write in the notes field, and — if you used the estimator — the answers you gave and the estimate you saw. We also record how you reached the page (for example, from an ad or an email link).

Why we collect it

To measure your home, prepare your quote, and schedule your installation and service. That's the only purpose. If you separately tick the marketing box, we'll also send you occasional seasonal offers — you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who sees it

Our own team, and the service providers that move the data for us: Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection) and Resend (email delivery). We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that don't become customers are deleted within 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep your details for as long as your agreement is active, plus the period BC law requires us to keep business records.

Access and deletion

Email support@flatmateclean.com at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
